Financial Policy for non-resident* patients and college students
University Park Dental Associates will file insurance for non-resident patients and college students when treatment is performed, as a courtesy.
Payment for services from insurance will not be accepted. Payment in if full is required at the time of service, and insurance will reimburse the patient or parent for services rendered.
*Non-resident patient is defined as a patient whose permanent residency is not within a 50-mile radius of University Park Dental Associates
